Welcome to my website,

I've had a website running since 1995 which is before most people had even heard of the internet, although my background has always been IT and I was introduced to the technology around 1992.  Even then I knew it was something special and it certainly has proven to be that.

I have written stories, poems and songs since my early teens and it was in the early 90's I decided to write a 'proper' novel.

For those of you enquiring about Minerva Press, they went into Liquidation in 2002, so we all have no hope of recouping any monies or seeing any return from our efforts under the Minerva imprint. For those of you that would like to read my about the fateful project with my novel REM, or what I know about Minerva Press. 

I have also won a number of competitions and had poems published.

Over the years I have had many people contact me with regards to how unusual my name is and this led me to further research the 'Wassell' name and my family tree.  For further information please visit the genealogy page.

I was very busy in 2007 as I formed the Belle Toute Lighthouse Preservation Trust with the sole aim of raising enough money to buy the old lighthouse on Beachy Head with a view of to opening it to the public and providing bed & breakfast accommodation.  It was an exciting venture with media coverage on the web, news, radio, TV and newspapers.  For further information please visit www.belletoute.org.uk.
